Thanks to Carl Hazelton & Staff at OPC Chester
We just want to share what happened on Saturday at the Anglesey Track day.
After lunch in Rhosneiger we returned to the track to view the the afternoon session, on parking up we found we could not remove the key from the steering lock. Fortunately Brendan was on hand and he explained to Carl what had happened and after a brief phone call to his chief technician Carl confirmed we would need a new steering lock.
What took place next is quite amazing! Carl then offered for one of his guys to drive our car back to Chester where they would organise parts and get them fitted before our return to Aberdeen, not only that, he then handed us the keys to a 991 2S to use for the remainder of the weekend!
Not only did he take ownership of the problem and getting it solved but to provide the car on top was simply incredible! Just could not believe the generosity shown to us.
Our car was subsequently repaired as promised in time for our return journey.
Thanks again to Carl and his staff at OPC Chester for service way beyond expectations.
